Manufactured under exacting precision, this is an excellent thermal insulation masonry block. the technique adopted is really simple, wherein the polystyrene insert is embedded with the help of a special device in the mould. Concrete is then filled in and duly compacted by a preset in the machine. The polystyrene being integrally locked, is incorporated at the wet stage itself, ultimately producing a final product that is unique in every aspect. The following hallmarks have made the Transgulf Thermo Block one of the most sought after masonry block in the market today.

1. Easy to handle and cost effective... It does not require special mortars, cement or extra binding activities. Size 200x200x400mm. Weight 20 kgs

2. Offers best insulation.. Sound and Thermal: The polystyrene insert strategically embedded or sandwiched, acts as an efficient thermal barrier, with an ideal density of 28 kg/m3, offering the best insulation, Absence of a thermal bridge between the inner and outer walls gives it the two-pronged advantage of sound insulation coupled with thermal insulation.
3. Savings in electricity costs: The insulated thermal mass in the block complements the building's heating and cooling system. It helps keep heat out more effectively than conventional masonry or building blocks. Similarly it permits the room temperature to cool down faster, thereby resulting in maintaining the temperature for longer periods. This helps in saving around 40% to 50% on the tonnage of air-conditioning.

4. Compressive strength: The compressive strength of 7.5n/mm2 enables the blocks to withstand great stress and load

5. Fire rating: The core of Transgulf Thermo Block which is stable, comes with a fire rating of 6 hours.

6. Water resistant: The homogenous cell structure, coupled with the dense outer foam skin, makes it almost impossible for water and moisture to penetrate the foam, thus keeping the polystyrene dry.
